Game Summary
On October 15, 2026, the Denver Broncos defeated the Seattle Seahawks 17-14 in overtime in Denver. Wil Lutz kicked the winning 53-yard field goal following Ja'Quan McMillian's interception of Sam Darnold in the extra period. Denver improved to 4-2, while Seattle dropped to 3-3.
The Broncos built their early advantage through a pair of touchdown drives. Seattle's defense then tightened up and helped keep the visitors in contention. Darnold led 2 scoring drives in the fourth quarter to force overtime. The comeback gave the Seahawks another opportunity to finish a game that had slipped away from them early.
Turnovers ultimately settled the contest. Darnold threw an interception late in the fourth quarter before Seattle's possession that produced the tying field goal. His second interception came in overtime and left Denver in position to win without gaining a first down. Lutz delivered the decisive kick, ending Seattle's comeback and securing the Broncos' fourth victory of the season.
