The Los Angeles Dodgers beat the Atlanta Braves 4-1 in NLDS Game 4 on Wednesday at Truist Park to win the best-of-five series 3-1. Andy Pages broke a 1-1 tie with a two-run, bases-loaded single off Robert Suarez in the seventh. Tyler Glasnow allowed one hit in 4 2/3 innings in his first start since September 24. Tyler Mahle gave up two runs in 6 1/3 innings for Atlanta. Max Muncy's solo homer in the ninth extended the lead, and Edwin Díaz recorded his second save in two nights. Los Angeles advances to the NLCS and will face the Milwaukee Brewers in Game 1 on Sunday.

The Cleveland Guardians beat the Chicago White Sox 9-3 in ALDS Game 3 on Wednesday at Rate Field. Jo Adell's two-out, three-run triple in the third broke a 1-1 tie. José Ramírez added a two-run triple in the eighth and scored on a stolen base and headfirst slide in the fifth. Cleveland finished with 11 hits after managing seven in the first two games combined. Chicago still leads the best-of-five series 2-1.

The White Sox can clinch the AL Division Series in Game 4 on Thursday at Rate Field. First pitch is 8 p.m. Eastern on TBS and truTV after Tampa Bay's sweep removed the early start. Chicago leads Cleveland 2-1. Parker Messick starts for the Guardians, and the White Sox are expected to use left-hander Hagen Smith as an opener.
