EmailChat privacy policy

Last updated: 27 August 2026

This policy is for EmailChat, a Chrome extension published by Villagelynx Media. The canonical copy of this policy is hosted at sportsin60.com. It does not apply to the rest of the Sports in 60 website except as a public hosting location for this page.

What EmailChat is

EmailChat helps you turn a ChatGPT conversation you are viewing into an email draft, a PDF, or a Word file on your computer. It does not send mail until you press Send in your own mail app. EmailChat is not affiliated with OpenAI or ChatGPT.

What is stored on your computer

The extension uses Chrome storage on your device for addresses and a short-lived copy of the chat so the capture page, PDF, and Word file can be built. It also stores a random install ID used only for anonymous product counts.

  • Email addresses you type, and which of those addresses are checked, so you do not have to re-enter them
  • A short-lived copy of the ChatGPT conversation (text and pictures) so the capture page, PDF, and Word file can be built
  • An anonymous install ID, so unique active users can be counted without knowing who you are

If you use Chrome sync, Chrome may copy those same values to your other signed-in devices. Uninstalling EmailChat removes its local storage.

What is read from the page

On chatgpt.com and chat.openai.com, EmailChat reads the visible conversation so it can put that chat into a draft or file. It requests ChatGPT image hosts only to copy pictures into PDF and Word while you still have access to them. It does not read your other websites.

Anonymous product metrics

EmailChat sends four counts to Villagelynx Media at sportsin60.com. These events do not include conversation text, ChatGPT URLs, conversation IDs, subject lines, or email addresses:

  • Unique active users (one ping per install per day)
  • Founding-sponsor impressions on the capture screen
  • Founding-sponsor clicks
  • Emails sent (when you click Open Mail to create a draft)

We do not sell this data or use an advertising network SDK.

What we do not do

  • No EmailChat account
  • No tracking of ChatGPT conversations or message content
  • No sale of user data
  • No remote code that changes the extension after you install it
  • Limited Use: conversation content and addresses stay on your device and are used only to provide EmailChat’s features
